Track an order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also reply to your order confirmation email and we'll send the latest status.

Return or exchange an item

You have 30 days from the delivery date. Email help@montelaire.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return, and we'll send instructions within 24 hours.

Cancel or modify an order

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually cancel or modify it. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Sizing help

Every product page includes detailed size measurements. If you're still unsure, email us with the product handle and your usual sizing, and we'll guide you to the right fit.

Product or stock questions

Send us the product URL or name. We'll check availability, restock timing, and material details for you.
