You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in your individual capacity only and not as a class action or other representative action, and you expressly waive your right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis.

The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or via videoconference at the customer’s option. If any provision of this arbitration agreement is unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder shall remain in effect.

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yavok LLC and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and us.
