Watch Care Guide
Our watches are designed for daily wear and built to last. Basic care extends their life significantly.
Battery replacement
Quartz watches typically need a new battery every 2-3 years. Take to any watch service or jeweler. Cost: typically $10-20. The technician will also re-seal the case to maintain water resistance.
Water resistance
Check each model's listed water resistance:
- 3 ATM / 30m: Splash-resistant. Handwashing OK. No swimming.
- 5 ATM / 50m: Light swimming OK. No diving.
- 10 ATM / 100m: Swimming and snorkeling OK.
Never operate the crown or pushers underwater. Replace gaskets every 2-3 years to maintain water resistance.
Cleaning the case
Wipe with a soft microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a soft toothbrush with mild soapy water (only on stainless cases with confirmed water resistance). Dry thoroughly before wearing.
Strap care
Leather strap
Avoid water and sweat. Wipe with damp cloth after wear. Condition every 6 months with leather conditioner. Replace every 12-18 months depending on wear.
Stainless steel bracelet
Wipe with microfiber cloth. Polish with a cloth periodically. The mesh bracelets benefit from an occasional brush in soapy water with a soft toothbrush.
Replacing the strap
Most of our watches use standard 20mm or 22mm spring bars. Replacement straps available from any watch retailer. Use a spring bar tool to swap.
Storage
Store in a watch box or pouch when not worn. Avoid magnetic fields (laptop speakers, magnetic clasps) which can affect quartz accuracy. Keep away from extreme temperatures.

Frequently asked
How long does the battery last?
2-3 years for most quartz movements. Less if features like chronograph are used frequently.
Are the straps interchangeable?
Yes, standard 20mm or 22mm spring bars on all models.
Can I shower with my watch?
Check the water resistance rating. 5 ATM or above can handle a shower, but soap and hot water can damage seals over time. Better to remove.
